Add cottage cheese to a food processor, high-speed blender, or immersion blender.
Blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute until the texture is smooth and fluffy.
Scrape down the sides if needed, and blend again briefly to make sure it’s evenly whipped.
Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve immediately with toppings or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
Stir before serving if storing, to revive the fluffy texture.
