- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
- 1 cup shiitake mushrooms sliced
- 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 12 frozen potstickers chicken, pork, or vegetable
- 3 scallions sliced
- Furikake seasoning optional, for garnish
- Optional veggies: ½ cup shredded carrots a handful of spinach, or other leftover vegetables
Sauté the Aromatics:
Heat the sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the garlic, ginger, and shiitake mushrooms. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and the mushrooms soften slightly.
Prepare the Broth:
