- 1 lb sausage pork or turkey
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into crumbles. Drain excess grease.
In a bowl, combine cooked sausage with cream cheese until well blended.
Unroll the crescent dough and cut each triangle in half to create smaller portions.
Place a spoonful of sausage mixture on each piece of dough, then roll from the wide end to the tip.
Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
