Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb sausage pork or turkey
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into crumbles. Drain excess grease.
  • In a bowl, combine cooked sausage with cream cheese until well blended.
  • Unroll the crescent dough and cut each triangle in half to create smaller portions.
  • Place a spoonful of sausage mixture on each piece of dough, then roll from the wide end to the tip.
  • Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

  • The sausage and cream cheese filling can be made up to 3 days in advance.
  • Add shredded cheddar cheese or red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
