Ingredients

  • - 1 lb pizza dough homemade or store-bought
  • - 2 tbsp olive oil
  • - ½ tsp garlic powder
  • - ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • - ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • - ½ cup shredded provolone cheese
  • - 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • - ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • - 1 tbsp fresh oregano optional
  • - 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
  • - 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the pizza dough into an 18x12-inch rectangle on a floured surface.
  • Brush the dough with olive oil, then sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese.
  • Evenly layer the pepperoni slices, mozzarella, and provolone cheese over the dough.
  • Starting from the long side, roll the dough into a tight log and pinch the seams to seal.
  • Flip the stromboli seam-side down onto the baking sheet. Brush with egg wash.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve warm with marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
