Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • ¾ cup milk of choice dairy, almond, oat, soy
  • Optional: 1 tsp maple syrup or honey if needed
  • Optional: 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • Optional: 1 scoop protein powder or ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • Pinch of sea salt recommended for flavor boost

Instructions

  • Add the milk to your blender first.
  • Add peanut butter, frozen banana, and any optional ingredients.
  • Blend on low speed to start, then increase to high for 30–60 seconds until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as needed.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • For a thinner smoothie, add more milk. For a thicker texture, use less liquid or add more frozen banana.
