Oven Sauté: In a baking dish, add butter, garlic, and onion. Place it in the oven for 5 minutes until softened.
Prepare Rice: Add uncooked rice and seasonings (paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, thyme) to the baking dish and stir.
Add Hot Liquid: Pour in hot chicken broth and mix well.
Season Chicken: Season chicken thighs with additional paprika, salt, and pepper, then place them on top of the rice.
Bake Covered: Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 50 minutes.
Rest & Serve: Remove from the oven, let it sit for 5-10 minutes, then fluff the rice and serve!
