Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds ground beef 80/20 or 85/15
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion soup mix, breadcrumbs, eggs, and milk. Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a loaf pan or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For best results, do not overmix the meatloaf mixture.
  • You can add shredded cheese or vegetables to customize the flavor.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
