Cook Pasta:
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook Bacon:
In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Reserve a small amount of bacon grease for flavor.
Brown Beef:
In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until fragrant. Add ground beef, season with paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
Prepare Sauce:
Pour Alfredo sauce into the skillet with the beef. Stir to combine, then add ½ cup of shredded cheese. Let it melt into the sauce.
Combine Pasta:
Toss cooked pasta into the skillet, mixing thoroughly with the sauce. Crumble most of the bacon into the dish, saving some for garnish.
Add Cheese:
Transfer pasta to a baking dish (if not using an oven-safe skillet). Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and broil for 2–3 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Serve:
Garnish with reserved bacon and optional toppings like diced tomatoes or green onions. Serve hot and enjoy!
