Ingredients
  

  • Chocolate Base:
  • ½ cup chocolate chips milk or semi-sweet
  • ½ cup hot fudge sauce plus extra for drizzling
  • Wet Ingredients:
  • ½ cup vegetable oil or melted butter
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 large eggs room temperature
  • Dry Ingredients:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour or cake flour for a lighter texture
  • ½ cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder or unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat & Prepare the Pan
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan and line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  • Step 2: Melt the Chocolate
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and hot fudge sauce together in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
  • Step 3: Mix the Wet Ingredients
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until smooth.
  • Stir in the melted chocolate mixture until well combined.
  • Step 4: Add the Dry Ingredients
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined—do not overmix.
  • Step 5: Bake
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Step 6: Cool & Add Fudge Drizzle
  • Allow the bread to cool for 15 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
  • Drizzle with extra hot fudge sauce before slicing and serving.

Notes
