- 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless, 1-inch thick
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup honey
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes optional
- Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish
Prepare Pork Chops – Pat the pork chops dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Make Honey Garlic Sauce – In a bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
Sear the Pork Chops – Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
