Prepare Pork Chops – Pat the pork chops dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Make Honey Garlic Sauce – In a bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
Sear the Pork Chops – Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Create the Glaze – Lower the heat to medium and pour the honey garlic sauce into the skillet. Scrape up browned bits and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Coat the Pork Chops – Return pork chops to the skillet, turning them to coat in the glaze. Let them cook for another 2-3 minutes while basting with sauce.
Serve & Enjoy – Garnish with parsley or green onions and serve hot with your favorite sides.
