Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese dry is best, or strain regular cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp Everything But the Bagel Seasoning or preferred seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Scoop small dollops of cottage cheese onto the parchment paper, about an inch apart. Flatten them slightly into thin circles.
  • Sprinkle with seasoning of your choice.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Let chips cool completely before eating for maximum crunch.

  • For extra crispiness, make sure to drain the cottage cheese well using a fine mesh strainer or paper towels.
