- 1 cup cottage cheese dry is best, or strain regular cottage cheese
- 1 tsp Everything But the Bagel Seasoning or preferred seasoning
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Scoop small dollops of cottage cheese onto the parchment paper, about an inch apart. Flatten them slightly into thin circles.
Sprinkle with seasoning of your choice.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
