Hatch green chiles
roasted and peeled

Instructions
Roast green chiles at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes. Steam, peel, deseed, and chop.
Sear chicken in olive oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Sauté onions and garlic, then add broth, tomatoes, and chiles.
Return chicken to the pot, add spices, and simmer for 30-45 minutes.
Adjust seasoning and serve with garnishes of choice.
