Heat water, milk, and butter until warm (120°F-130°F).
Pour liquid into dry ingredients and mix well.
Gradually add remaining flour, mixing until dough forms a soft ball.
Knead dough on a floured surface for 6-8 minutes until smooth.
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rest for 10 minutes.
Divide into two loaves, roll, and place in greased loaf pans.
Cover and let rise for 45 minutes until doubled in size.
Bake at 400°F for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
