Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese 210g
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries 150g
  • ½ ripe banana 45g
  • Use a whole banana for a sweeter smoothie if desired
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 240ml
  • Or milk of choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Pour the almond milk into your blender first.
  • Add the cottage cheese and vanilla extract.
  • Slice the banana into chunks and add it to the blender.
  • Top with the frozen raspberries.
  • Blend everything until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Pour into two glasses and enjoy immediately!
