Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • Chicken breasts
  • Penne pasta
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Garlic
  • Heavy cream
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • White wine optional
  • Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley or basil for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and seasonings. Cook in a skillet with olive oil for 5-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
  • In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic, then add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Whisk until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
  • Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and add to the skillet with the creamy sauce.
  • Slice the cooked chicken and add to the skillet. Toss everything together to coat the pasta with the sauce.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley or basil and serve hot.

  • For the best creamy texture, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
