Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and seasonings. Cook in a skillet with olive oil for 5-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic, then add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Whisk until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and add to the skillet with the creamy sauce.
Slice the cooked chicken and add to the skillet. Toss everything together to coat the pasta with the sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley or basil and serve hot.
