  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Prepare the Chicken:
  • Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

  • Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken until golden brown on both sides (about 3–4 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.

  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, whisking until smooth.
  • Simmer the Chicken:
  • Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top. Cover and simmer for 8–10 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
  • Add the Spinach:
  • Stir in fresh spinach, allowing it to wilt into the sauce.
  • Serve:
