Prepare the Chicken:
Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, whisking until smooth.
Simmer the Chicken:
Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top. Cover and simmer for 8–10 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
Add the Spinach:
Stir in fresh spinach, allowing it to wilt into the sauce.
Serve:
Plate the chicken with sauce and spinach, serving alongside pasta, rice, or your preferred side dish.
