This easy cottage cheese wrap is made with just cottage cheese and eggs, creating a high-protein, low-carb, gluten-free alternative to tortillas. It’s perfect for wraps, sandwiches, or as a flatbread.

Ingredients
  

1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)

2 large eggs (or 3 egg whites for a lighter version)

Optional seasonings:

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a high-speed blender, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, and seasonings. Blend for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
  • Pour the blended mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheet and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the wrap is firm and slightly golden.
  • Let the wrap cool completely before removing it from the parchment paper.
  • Slice into two wraps or leave it whole for a larger flatbread.
  • Enjoy as a wrap, sandwich, or tortilla substitute!

Notes

  • For a crispier version, try making it in the air fryer at 325°F for 12-15 minutes.
  • Make it sweet by skipping the savory seasonings and adding cinnamon, vanilla, and honey.
  • Storage: Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to a month.
  • Reheating: Warm up in a dry pan or microwave for 10-15 seconds.
