Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)
2 large eggs (or 3 egg whites for a lighter version)
Optional seasonings:
½
teaspoon
onion powder
½
teaspoon
garlic powder
½
teaspoon
Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a high-speed blender, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, and seasonings. Blend for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
Pour the blended mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheet and spread evenly.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the wrap is firm and slightly golden.
Let the wrap cool completely before removing it from the parchment paper.
Slice into two wraps or leave it whole for a larger flatbread.
Enjoy as a wrap, sandwich, or tortilla substitute!
