Ingredients

  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
  • cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips regular or sugar-free

Optional Mix-Ins:

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter chips
  • 1 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp white chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp chopped peanut butter cups
  • 1 tbsp mini M&Ms

Instructions

  • Blend wet ingredients – In a blender, combine cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Mix dry ingredients – In a bowl, whisk together vanilla protein powder, almond flour, and salt.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients – Pour the blended mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until it forms a dough-like consistency.
  • Fold in mix-ins – Add chocolate chips (or any mix-ins) and stir until evenly distributed.
  • Enjoy! Eat immediately with a spoon or roll into small bites. Chill for a firmer texture if desired.
