- 1 cup cottage cheese smoothened
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Optional toppings: everything bagel seasoning sesame seeds, shredded cheese, garlic powder, or onion flakes
Blend cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.
Mix self-rising flour and baking powder in a separate bowl.
