Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Russet Potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 2 cups Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup Crispy Bacon Bits
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing

Optional:

  • Chopped chives or green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Peel and cube the potatoes, rinse and dry them.
  • Mix potatoes, chicken, bacon, and ranch dressing in a large bowl.
  • Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish, layer the mixture, and top with cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 45-55 minutes until potatoes are tender and cheese is bubbly.
  • Let rest for 5-10 minutes, garnish, and serve.

Notes

Use a mix of russet and Yukon Gold potatoes for varied texture.
Crisp bacon beforehand for added crunch.
Enhance flavor with a blend of cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
