Cut each biscuit into 4 equal pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
Add melted butter, garlic powder, dried parsley, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese.
Toss until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Lightly grease a muffin pan and divide the mixture into 9 or 12 cups, depending on desired roll size.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve warm with marinara sauce or ranch dressing, if desired.
