In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sour cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Layer cooked sausage, sautéed veggies, and shredded cheese in the baking dish.
Pour the egg mixture over the top, making sure it spreads evenly.
Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are golden brown.
Let it cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
