Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 6 slices bacon diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup red onion finely diced
  • ½ cup celery chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

Cook the Bacon:

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook diced bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels.

Make the Dressing:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Combine Ingredients:

  • In a large mixing bowl, add chicken, bacon, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and celery. Pour dressing over and toss until evenly coated.

Adjust Seasoning:

  • Taste and add more salt or pepper if needed.

Serve:
